Abstract

In the issue of financing for development, Civil Society organization were recogni- zed as development actors in their own right, and the commitments were made to create enabling environments for them. The article discusses the effects of the participation of the Organized Civil Society in the Agenda of Aid Effectiveness, on the capacity of advocacy of civil society organizations for the creation of enabling environments for their activities as development actors. As for the finding, it is possible to state the increase of the capacity of advocacy of civil society organizations because of their engagement in Aid Effectiveness Agenda.
